Dr. V. Darling Selvi is currently serving as Professor of Management Studies at St. Xavier’s Catholic College of Engineering (Autonomous). She holds M.Com, MBA, B.Ed, M.Phil, PGDCA and Ph.D. She has a rich experience of 33 years in academia and research at Women’s Christian College, Nagercoil and in Government Colleges of Tamil Nadu Higher Education Department. She has published 152 research papers in peer-reviewed, Refereed and indexed journals, 207 research articles in the conference proceedings, Book Chapters and other journals. Besides presenting 235 papers in the National and International Conferences, she has also completed two Minor Projects and one Major Project funded by the University Grants Commission and Tamil Nadu State Council for Higher Education. She has successfully guided 30 Ph.D Scholars and 62 M.Phil Scholars. She has held academic administrative positions like IQAC Coordinator, RUSA Coordinator and served as a subject expert in various Committees at the College and at the University Level. She is a trainer for SPSS and AMOS software and is exploring technological upgradation for teaching and research.

Dr. M. Babima is currently serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies at SXCCE, Nagercoil. She holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from NI Engineering College (Anna University), a Ph.D. in Business Administration (HR) from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, M.Phil in HR, and M.Com from Alagappa University. She has also qualified the TNSET in 2016. With over 17 years of teaching experience, she has published 17 research papers and guided numerous MBA, M.Com, and M.Phil projects. She is also guiding four Ph.D. scholars.

Prof. Maria Vinu holds an MBA from Annamalai University, a PG Diploma in International Business from Pondicherry University, and a B.Com from M.S. University. He is a SEBI-certified Resource Person for Financial Education and has cleared the UGC-NET in Management. With 6 years of industry experience and 16 years in academics, he previously held senior roles in companies such as Bobishtar International Trading (Qatar), Internal Line Interiors (Dubai), and Exblowra Trading (Qatar). His academic interests include Marketing, International Trade, and Finance. He is a certified trainer in SPSS, Tally ERP, and SAP, and he conducts practical labs in Data Analysis, Business Modeling, and Business Application Software. He is also recognized as a strong motivator and soft skills trainer.

Having 18 years 10 Month of experience in teaching at postgraduate level, she completed her Master of Philosophy from Madurai Kamaraj University in Management, and her PG and UG from M.S. University. With Marketing as her core specialization, she has handled numerous managerial subjects for MBA, MCA, and Engineering students. She has guided hundreds of MBA projects, participated in and presented papers at two UGC-sponsored National Conferences, and attended various FDPs. She has also published papers in International conferences with ISSN and ISBN. Additionally, she has participated in ICSSR-sponsored workshops.

Mrs. S. Viji Chitra earned her MBA from NMCC, M.S. University in 2010 with distinction. She has 12 years of teaching experience, specializing in Accounts, Economics, and Security Analysis. She has presented papers in various UGC-sponsored national and international conferences and has publications in journals with ISBN and ISSN. She has guided over fifty MBA student projects in Finance and HR, taught at both UG and PG levels, and has also organized and conducted management meets for MBA students across Kanyakumari District.

Mrs. M. Adlin completed her MBA from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Anna University in 2014 with a specialization in Marketing and Finance. She earned her B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2011. She has over 4 years of industry experience as a Research Analyst at Capestart Pvt. Ltd., Nagercoil. She has presented conference papers at national level seminars and is actively involved in handling PG lab sessions. Her core areas of interest include Marketing and Systems Management.

Mr. G. Jenit Hanson completed his MBA in Human Resource & Marketing under Anna University and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Business Administration (Marketing). With over 14 years of teaching experience, he has guided more than 100 UG and PG student projects. He has five national publications, and his core teaching interests include Human Resource, Marketing, and Finance.

Mrs. Joyse Rebecca holds an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Annamalai University. She has over two years of industry experience as an Assistant HR. Her areas of interest include Human Resource Management, and she brings real-world service sector experience to the academic environment.

Dr. Subi Mol G. S pursued her Ph.D. in Marketing from MS University and M.Phil from Noorul Islam University. She completed her MBA from St. Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering and BBA from NMCC. Additionally, she holds a PG diploma in computer applications. She has over three years of teaching experience and has published multiple research articles in UGC and Scopus-indexed journals. Her research interests include Marketing and Business Technology, and she has participated in several seminars and conferences.

Mrs. S. Josephin Kala completed her MBA from St. Xavier Catholic College of Engineering (Anna University) in 2010, specializing in Marketing and Finance. She completed her B.Com in 2007 from Annai Velankanni College, Tholayavattam. She has 6 years and 9 months of teaching experience and 2 years of industrial experience as Assistant HR and Accounts in Lofty Optical Industry, Puthukkadai. Her areas of interest are Marketing and Finance.

Dr. D. Sahaya Beula is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at SXCCE, Nagercoil. She has over 10 years of teaching experience in reputed institutions affiliated to Anna University, Noorul Islam University, and MS University. She also has 16 years of experience as an Insurance Advisor with LIC. She has presented 7 conference papers, published 26 research articles (including Scopus indexed), and attended 15 workshops. She has organized various academic events and is an active motivator and trainer. Her research focuses on CRM in LIC, quality of work life, and women entrepreneurship.

Ms. J. Anisha Jose completed her MBA from Rajas Engineering College (Anna University) in 2020 with specialization in HR and Finance. She holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Arunachala College of Engineering for Women. With 2 years and 6 months of experience in an arts and science college, her academic interests include Statistics and Human Resource Management.

Mr. R. Kingser has completed his Diploma in Computer Engineering in 2008 from Morning Star Polytechnic College, Chunkankadai. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree specializing in Computer Applications from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in 2013. He is specialized in working with Computer Hardware and Networking for the past fourteen years. Currently, he is working as a Skilled Assistant of the Department of Management Studies in St. Xavier’s Catholic College of Engineering, Nagercoil.

Mr. T. Albert Sundar Singh has completed his Bachelor Degree. Currently, he is working as Office Assistant of the department of Managemant Studies in St Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, India.
